What a nice group we are! I’m looking forward to working with each of you.
There are some events about town that you might pop in for. As we discussed, the Bruce has the Sisley work exhibited.
Saturday is the last day to see the CCP Silkscreen exhibit. We talked about the Center for Contemporary Print Making. Awesome place. And they have an exhibition space. Their silkscreen work ends on Saturday afternoon.
There is also a group showing in Norwalk of local artists. I have friends who are exhibiting.

We’ve determined to explored the three primaries in our 6 weeks. Blue is our first color. So next week there will be a bit of discussion about the blues we all love in our paintbox. And as promised, there will be a mixing demo as well.
Topics that interest you all: how to use the color wheel, mixing, MATCHING, and luminous skies (hint-it has to do with warm and cool and value), and harmonious color combos.
